Acceptable Use Policy

Faye is a tool for creating and sharing your own content. These rules exist to keep the platform safe, fair, and useful for everyone. They apply to all users, regardless of plan.

By using Faye you agree to follow this policy. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account termination depending on severity.

You may not use Faye Social to:

• Upload, generate, share, or promote any content that is illegal under applicable law, including content that violates copyright, defamation, or obscenity laws.
• Engage in fraud, phishing, or any deceptive practice that harms other people.
• Distribute malware, spyware, or any code intended to damage or gain unauthorized access to systems.

You may not use Faye Social to:

• Harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten any individual or group.
• Create or distribute content that promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Encourage violence or self-harm against yourself or others.

You may not:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages or use Faye to run spam campaigns on any platform.
• Make automated or scripted calls to Faye's API in volumes that exceed your plan limits or that degrade service for other users.
• Use bots, scripts, or other automated methods to interact with the Faye interface in ways not expressly permitted by the API documentation.
• Artificially inflate engagement metrics on any social platform (buying likes, followers, views, etc.) using content generated by Faye Social.

You may not use Faye Social to:

• Generate deepfakes, synthetic media impersonating real people, or misleading AI-generated content designed to deceive.
• Present AI-generated captions, hashtags, or recommendations as human-written when platform rules require disclosure of AI involvement.
• Use auto-posting features to flood platforms with automated content in violation of their rate limits or community guidelines.
• Use AI-generated content from Faye to manipulate elections, public opinion, or financial markets.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of Faye's application or AI models.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from Faye using automated tools without explicit written permission.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Faye's systems without authorization. (If you find a security issue, please report it responsibly to support@fayesocial.app.)

Your Faye account is for your personal use only. You may not:

• Share your login credentials with other people.
• Allow multiple individuals to use a single account concurrently.
• Sell, rent, or transfer your account to another person.

If you need access for a team, contact us about our team plans.

Faye helps you create content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms. Each of those platforms has its own Terms of Service. You are responsible for following them.

You may not use Faye Social to:

• Violate the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or usage policies of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Spotify, or any other platform you connect to Faye Social.
• Circumvent platform limits on posting frequency, automated posting, or content restrictions.
• Impersonate another person or brand on any connected platform.

When you upload photos, videos, music, or other media to Faye Social, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have a license that permits you to use it for the purpose you are using it.
• You have the right to grant Faye the limited permissions needed to process it (as described in our Privacy Policy).
• The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other intellectual property right belonging to a third party.

We take intellectual property seriously. If you believe content on Faye infringes your rights, email support@fayesocial.app.

If you violate this policy, we may take any of the following actions depending on the severity and frequency of the violation:

• 1. Warning: A notice that your behavior violates this policy, with an opportunity to correct it.
• 2. Temporary suspension: Access to your account is paused while we review the situation.
• 3. Permanent termination: Your account is closed. Applied immediately for serious violations (illegal content, severe harassment, large-scale API abuse).

We reserve the right to involve law enforcement when required by law or when there is a credible threat to safety.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you in-app for material changes. Continued use of Faye after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
